Please be aware that third-party shipping companies set these dates and are out of our control. We always advise shipping as early as possible to ensure timely deliveries. If your order is delayed in transit, please be patient; it's on its way.

General Shipping

If you place your order during business hours, we’ll usually start packing it within minutes. UPS collects mid-morning, so for the quickest delivery, place your order the night before or by 9:00 a.m. All orders ship from Ireland, and you’ll receive a tracking link once your order is on the way. Please note that any customs duties or import taxes are the customer’s responsibility.

We currently ship throughout Ireland, the U.K., Europe, Canada, the U.S.A., & Worldwide. If your country isn’t listed at checkout, please don't hesitate to reach out, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to follow your order.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees once the package arrives in your country.

Shipping Rates

All Irish orders are sent tracked with UPS or An Post. Shipping is €6 on orders under €200 & we offer free delivery on all orders over €200.

Orders are sent tracked with An Post. Flat rate shipping is €12.

Yes, we do! You can collect your order free of charge from our store at:

Scout, Unit 5, Essex St. West, Temple Bar, Dublin 8

Orders are usually ready for pickup within 24 hours. We’ll notify you via the email address provided as soon as your order is ready.

Returns & Exchanges

For all returns, items must be unworn, unwashed, still have their tags attached & be accompanied by proof of purchase.

In-Store Purchases:

  • For pieces purchased in-store, we offer exchanges or store credit only.
  • Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.

Online Purchases:

  • Refunds available if items are not as described or unsuitable.
  • To initiate the return, please email us at hello@scoutdublin.com & describe the reason for the return.

Return Postage:

  • Return postage is paid by the customer (we cover replacements in Ireland).

Items must be unworn, unwashed, still have their tags attached & be accompanied by proof of purchase or gift receipt.

  • Exchanges are possible until January 18th, 2026.
  • All shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Mark packages as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs issues.
