Returns Policy

***Christmas Exchanges are now closed.***

If you receive a gift for Christmas from Scout, Christmas exchanges must be completed by January 18th 2023. 

Here in scout, we make every effort to make sure your online purchase leaves our shop in perfect condition. If you do need to return an item, its no problem. You can return it in store or via the post etc. Please see below for in store and online exchanges and returns information.

For pieces purchased in our physical store, we offer exchanges or store credit only. We do not return goods for cash or credit card refunds. If you need to return an item, please note that all items must be returned in the condition that they were received - Not worn, altered or washed, and with all tags attached within 14 days of purchase with a receipt. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Purchases made Online 
As per EU online trading guidelines, We do issue refunds on items bought online where an item has been found to be not as described (size etc) or unsuitable. In the case of an online return, please e-mail us to describe the reasons and goods must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt.
We are always happy to help you via email with regards to queries about sizing or colour ahead of placing an online order, please do not hesitate to contact us. The cost of returning an item is on the purchaser or you can return to the store if local. If living in Ireland and you are exchanging an item, you must pay to return your item, we will cover the cost for us to send the replacement to you.
International returns & exchanges are entirely paid by the customer.

Sale items bought online may be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.  Please email us before returning your item.
