Returns Policy

Here in Scout, we make every effort to make sure your online purchase leaves our shop in perfect condition. If you do need to return an item, its no problem. You can return it in store or via the post etc. Please see below for in store and online exchanges and returns information.

Christmas returns Policy and Exchanges 2023

Items bought as Gifts may be exchanged up to January 21st. Please ensure you have proof of purchase or gift receipt and all tags in place etc.  We reopen January 4th 2024 so our whole team can enjoy time off with their friends and family.

We are not open between Dec 25th - Jan 4th 2024

For pieces purchased in our physical store, we offer exchanges or store credit only. We do not return goods for cash or credit card refunds. If you need to return an item, please note that all items must be returned in the condition that they were received - Not worn, altered or washed, and with all tags attached within 14 days of purchase with a receipt. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Purchases made Online 
As per EU online trading guidelines, We do issue refunds on items bought online where an item has been found to be not as described (size etc) or unsuitable. In the case of an online return, please e-mail us to describe the reasons and goods must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt.
We are always happy to help you via email with regards to queries about sizing or colour ahead of placing an online order, please do not hesitate to contact us. The cost of returning an item is on the purchaser or you can return to the store if living local. Please ensure when returning an item from outside the EU, you check with your chosen shipper that the method you are sending it with will not result in Scout incurring customs charges, as we will not be liable for such charges and this may result in your package being returned to you. Please mark as returned goods with your shipper.
 If living in Ireland and you are exchanging an item, you must pay to return your item, we will cover the cost for us to send the replacement to you.
International returns & exchanges are entirely paid by the customer.

Items bought in store during our sale are final sale.
Sale items bought online may be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.  Please email us before returning your item.
