Leave your personalised message or any instructions in the Order Notes box found at the Checkout stage of purchase. Each Scout Gift Box is packaged upon customer order by a member of the Scout team. We use ethically sourced packaging in our boxes. Please be aware that some small substitutions may occur pending stock availability. In this instance, you will be notified.

Ireland: Sent tracked with UPS or An Post. Costs €6 on all orders under €200 & free delivery on orders over €200.
UK: Sent tracked with An Post €12.
Europe: Sent tracked with UPS or An Post €12.
USA, Canada & Rest of World: Sent tracked with An Post €25.
For items shipped with An Post, during peak seasons, you may experience delays that are out of our control. You can track your order directly through the courier's website.
All returns, items must be unworn, unwashed, still have their tags attached & be accompanied by proof of purchase.
In-Store Purchases:
- For pieces purchased in-store, we offer exchanges or store credit only.
- Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
Online Purchases:
- Refunds available if items are not as described or unsuitable.
- To initiate the return, please email us at hello@scoutdublin.com & describe the reason for the return.
Return Postage:
- Return postage is paid by the customer (we cover replacements in Ireland).
