Gift Vouchers
Shopping for someone else but not sure what to give them? Give them the gift of choice with a Scout gift card.
Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout. Our gift cards have no additional processing fees.
There is no expiration on our gift vouchers. And they don't ever decrease in value.
May be used online or in store
Ireland: Sent tracked with UPS or An Post. Costs €6 on all orders under €200 & free delivery on orders over €200.
UK: Sent tracked with An Post €12.
Europe: Sent tracked with UPS or An Post €12.
USA, Canada & Rest of World: Sent tracked with An Post €25.
For items shipped with An Post, during peak seasons, you may experience delays that are out of our control. You can track your order directly through the courier's website.
All returns, items must be unworn, unwashed, still have their tags attached & be accompanied by proof of purchase.
In-Store Purchases:
- For pieces purchased in-store, we offer exchanges or store credit only.
- Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
Online Purchases:
- Refunds available if items are not as described or unsuitable.
- To initiate the return, please email us at hello@scoutdublin.com & describe the reason for the return.
Return Postage:
- Return postage is paid by the customer (we cover replacements in Ireland).
